摘  要:教师能否积极地参与课程改革受到传统文化的影响。传统文化中“重视集体,排斥个体”的价值取向,“恒常”的守旧心态,“尊官贵长”的权威、等级思想,“重行轻知”的惰性思维,“中庸”的处世态度等都影响着教师参与课程改革的意愿和行为。为促进教师参与课程改革,一方面,应引导教师树立正确的观念,立足于传统文化又超越于传统文化;另一方面,需要营造积极的学校文化,即开放、创新、民主、合作与竞争的学校文化。The teacher's participation in the curriculum reform is influenced by traditional culture. In the traditional culture, the values such as"pay attention to collective rejection entity", old-fashioned mentality: "Rigid", the authority grades thinking: "respect for authority", inert thinking: "pay attention to actions and ignore the wisdom", "Mean" of merciful attitude and so on will affect the behavior of teachers to participate in the curriculum reform. To promote participation in curriculum reform, on the one hand, teachers should have a correct understanding of traditional culture. On the other hand, we need to create a positive campus culture. It also means to create an open, innovative, democracy, cooperative and competitive campus culture.
