摘　　要：二战后,在教育市场需求、综合大学的学术性挑战以及教师教育理论的发展等多种因素的共同作用下,美国形成了开放式的教师教育模式。20世纪80年代后,大学后教师教育以及教师教育与资格审查过程的结合,使这一模式成为引领世界教师教育发展的典型代表。After the World War Ⅱ , American teacher education began a new period. The non-finitive open teacher educational mode formed. When analyzing its forming mechanism, we find that it is the demand of market, academic challenge and the development of the teacher education theory that formed it gradually. Since the end of 20 century, the teacher education is held after the higher education. At the same time, the combination of the qualification examination and the teacher education makes this mode get a new development. It builds an example for the whole world.
