高职教育“学生评教”的实施及探析

摘　　要：学生评教是教学质量监控体系中的重要方面,也是教学管理过程中不可缺少的环节。通过学生评教推进教育教学改革,增进师生之间互动,强化教学质量监控,促进教师的专业成长。要发挥好学生评教的作用,必须提高对学生评教作用的认识,科学制订评教指标体系,严密评教过程,采取多元的学生评教方式,有效反馈评教结果。Students＇assessment of the teachers and their teachings is an important perspective in monitoring the teaching quality. Its function is to promote the educational transformation, strengthen the interactions between the teachers and the students for teachers＇ professional advancement, and enhance teaching quality monitoring. To reach this goal, we should raise the awareness of the students＇ assessment of teaching, form scientific and strict specification for the evaluation, take control of the process of assessment, and provide effective feedback about the evaluation results.
