摘　　要：报道了一种乳链菌肽生物测定方法，以浅黄微球菌为敏感指示菌，该法的适用范围为5～100IU／ml；并建立起一套微机运算程序，简化了数据处理工作，尤其适于大批量实验数据运算。A rapid auxanographic method for nisin determination was established by meansof a nisin sensitive strain, and a computer program was designed to calculate the data obtained. Its determination titer ranges from 5 to 100 IU/ml. The time--tested routine work inour laboratory proved that it is rapid,precise and reliable.
