摘　　要：提高教师的教学素质是推进素质教育的关键。通过对教师教学素质现状以及存在问题的作了简要阐述,深入分析了影响教师教学素质的主要原因,并从五个方面探讨提高教师教学素质的途径。Improving the quality of teaching is the key to the promotion of quality education. This paper gives a brief account of teachers＇ teaching quality and the remaining problems. It also analyses the reasons thoroughly which affected the teachers＇ teaching quality. Finally, it puts forward five measures and suggestions of how to imorove the teachers＇ teaching quality.
