摘　　要：高级英语视听说课程是高等学校英语专业开设的一门集听说训练、语言学习和文化知识于一体的综合课程,旨在提高学生的听力理解能力和口头表达能力,但实际教学效果往往差强人意。本文拟从i+1理论入手,探讨如何运用该理论指导视听说课程的教学实践,以达到提高教学效果的目的。Integrating listening and speaking practice with language and culture learning, advanced English audio-visual and speaking course is aimed to improve students＇ listening comprehension and speaking competence, but its instruction practice often turns out to be far from satisfaction. After a brief study of i ＋ 1 theory, this paper probes into the way in which the theory can help to improve the instruction effect of the course.
