摘　　要：知识经济时代,个人知识的系统高效管理己经成为知识经济发展的必需。在对Blog和个人知识管理认识的基础上,探讨了用Blog实现个人知识管理的有效途径及发展个人知识管理博客应注意的问题。The systemic effective management of personal knowledge has been necessary to the knowledge economy development in the times.
