摘　　要：如何改变常规的教学模式,以适应高专数学专业发展的新形势,是课程建设中需要努力探索的课题。本文以《初等数论》的教学、教研为例,在课程建设探索的意义、原则、教学目标、教学要求和教学特点以及具体的建设措施等方面,对"低起点,高素质"的高专数学教学模式和课程建设进行一定的分析、讨论和探索。How to reform the regular teaching modes to suit the new situations in math specialty development of three-year colleges is a project deserving efforts of research in the curricular building. This paper has made some analyses, discussions and researches on ＂low starting point and high qualities＂ math teaching mode and course building, based on the teaching practices and researches of elementary number theory, and the significance, principles, teaching objectives, teaching requirements and teaching features in the curricular building researches.
