摘　　要：基于样品液色度值与乳粉中乳糖含量在一定范围内具有良好的线性关系,提出了一种乳粉中乳糖的数字图像检测方法。利用该方法进行了样品的测定,与SN/T0871-2000方法相比没有显著差异。通过精密度和回收率实验表明:该方法具有良好的重复性和准确性。Based on fine linear consistency of the colorimetric value with the content of lactose, a digital image determining method is presented to determine the lactose content in milk powder. The method compared with SN/T 0871-2000 method have no difference on determining the sample. By the experimentation of recovery rate and precision, it is shown from the results that the method has fine repetition and veracity.
