体育与健康课程视角下中小学体育教师的继续教育改革

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家咨询法、逻辑分析法等,针对新一轮课程改革对中小学体育教育人才素质要求不断变化的现状,首先分析了体育与健康课程的特点,进而阐明了体育与健康课程实施给教师培训部门带来的挑战;最后着重从新课程体系的培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、质量保障体系等方面展开研讨,提出对策思路。By means of documentary data and specialists interview and so on, on the base of the cuurrent situations in which the requirements, towards the quality of the P E teachers in middle school and primary school, motivated by the new curriculum reformation, are constantly changing, the article first for the teachers＇ training department due to the practice of the above course. Finally, it caries out and emphatic study in the following aspects： purpose of cultivation, model of cultivation, curriculum establishment, system of quality guarantee, which then followed by some corresponding strategises.
