摘  要:采用大孔树脂提取分离糖蜜酒精废液色素并研究其抗氧化活性。通过对5种不同型号的大孔树脂进行色素吸附试验,选出吸附效果较好的树脂型号HPD-600和D301-R,用酒精溶液进行洗脱得出40%的酒精为较好的洗脱剂。再通过3种不同的体系:亚硝酸盐、超氧阴离子(O2-)和1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)体系研究酒精废液色素的抗氧化活性。结果表明,酒精废液色素在亚硝酸盐体系和DPPH体系中的抗氧化活性较好,且随质量浓度的增加抗氧化效果越强。在亚硝酸盐体系中,色素对亚硝酸盐清除率的半抑制质量浓度(IC50)约为0.75 g/L;在DPPH体系中,色素对DPPH.清除率的IC50约为0.07 g/L。The extraction of pigment from molasses alcohol wastewater and its antioxidant activity were studied, The macroporous resins HPD-600 and D301-R having better effect were selected through adsorption experiments using 5 macroporous resins on the pigment. The antioxidant activity from pigment from alcohol wastewater was studied in three different systems ( NO2^- , O2^- and DPPH. ). The results showed that their antioxidant activities were better in the NO2^- and DPPH- system than in the O2^- system and their antioxidant activities were enhanced with the increasing of concentration. In nitrite system, the half-inhibition concen- traction ( IC50 ) of the pigment toward nitrite was about 0.75 g/L, In DPPH. system, the IC50 of the pigment toward DPPH- was about 0.07 g/L
