摘 要:“教师教育”已成为新世纪教育领域的主流话语。面对教师教育的转型,地方新建本科院校作为区域性大学应该承担起它的使命,以教育引领学生发展,以教育促进社会进步。同时,随着教师专业化时代的到来,教师应当在实践中学会反思,在反思中不断实践;并且学会合作,在合作中确立自己的专业地位。此外,教师教育职前、人职、职后一体化,将是一段时间内教师教育工作者理论研究和实践探讨的重要内容。'teacher education' has become the current words in the educational field in the new century, Facing with the transformation of teacher education, some regional universities should bear their missions.
