教师教育转型期的几点思考

摘　　要：“教师教育”已成为新世纪教育领域的主流话语。面对教师教育的转型，地方新建本科院校作为区域性大学应该承担起它的使命，以教育引领学生发展，以教育促进社会进步。同时，随着教师专业化时代的到来，教师应当在实践中学会反思，在反思中不断实践；并且学会合作，在合作中确立自己的专业地位。此外，教师教育职前、人职、职后一体化，将是一段时间内教师教育工作者理论研究和实践探讨的重要内容。＇teacher education＇ has become the current words in the educational field in the new century, Facing with the transformation of teacher education, some regional universities should bear their missions. That is, they should promote the development of the students and the social progress. At the same time, in the coming of the era of the specialization of the teachers, the teachers should learn to reflect in practices and practice in introspection. They should learn to cooperate, and set up the professional status in cooperation. In addition, the pre-service, in-service and post-service teacher education should be unified. It should be the main content of the theoretical studies and practices of the teacher education research fellows.
