摘　　要：在推进教师专业化的过程中，传统师德向教师专业伦理过渡非常必要。我国的教师专业伦理建设，应当有明确的理论指导，并突出“教育”、“专业”和“服务”三个核心理念，通过强化教育服务的自主与自律意识、不断提升教育服务品质等，努力形成专业化时代所要求的教师专业伦理。It＇s necessary that traditional teacher morality transfer to professional ethics at the process of American teacher＇s professionalism. The Constitution of teacher professional ethics in China, should based on two concepts of profession ＆ serve, with emphasizing the conscious of independent ＆ control-by-self, improving service quality constantly, these can benefit to the constitution of teaching professional ethics.
