摘　　要：介绍和引入元认知策略概念及其在教学中的作用,结合大学英语教学的实际,探讨了如何在大学英语教学中有效运用元认知策略组织教学活动,并提出了相应的教学活动方案,指导学生如何学习,以达到提高英语学习效率的目的。By introducing the concept of metacognitive strategy and its function in College English teaching in combination with the practice of College English teaching, this paper discusses how to utilize the metacognifive strategies in College English teaching. In addition, in this paper, the correspondent teaching plan, ideas to teach and guide students to learn more effectively are presented to improve English learning efficiency.
