摘  要:解读家庭伦理道德的启蒙性、连续性、权威性、感染性、及时性等特点,提出家庭伦理道德环境是医学生最初的"医德场"。分析家庭伦理道德环境对医学生的医德心理、医德"价值观"的形成与发展的影响,从宏观、微观以及医学生个体的三个层面提出优化家庭育人环境的对策与建议。指出改善医德、医风必须从源头抓起,形成个人、家庭、学校、社会的合力才能奏效。By analyzing the characteristic functions of enlightenment, continuity, authoritativeness, infectivity, timeliness of domestic morality and ethics, this article comes up with the idea that domestic environment of morality and ethics serves as the initial "medical ethics field" for medical students. The domestic environment of morality and ethics has huge influence on the formation and development of medical students" psychology and values of medical ethics. Then relevant countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the domestic educational environment are put forward from three aspects of macroscopic level, microcosmic level, and the individual level of medical college students. This article also points out that effort combination from individual students, their families, medical schools, and together with the society are all essential in order to improve medical ethics and medical professionalism.
