摘　　要：讨论素质教育理念下高师数学专业教育教学模式。分析《纲要》和新课改对高师教育的要求,从课堂教学、实习指导、学业指导等方面提出可行的改进建议。This paper mainly discusses the teaching pattern of mathematics in normal universities in the concept of quality-based education. It also analyzes the ＂Outline＂ and requirement of new curriculum on normal university, thus some suggestions are made from the perspectives of classroom teaching, teaching practice guidance and employment guidance.
