摘　　要：民以食为天，食则以安全为第一要义。如果饮食出了问题，人们的生活质量就会大打折扣，生命健康就会受到严重的威胁。随着食品生产的机械化、集中化，化学品、生物技术的不断应用，科技手段的不断更新，致使食物中毒事件变得更加复杂、隐蔽和难以防范。As a saying goes： ＂Food the first necessity of man＂, so food safety is directly connected with people＇s health and even life. Along with the mechanization and concentration of food production as well as the continuous application of chemicals and biotechnology, the food poisoning issue is becoming more and more complicated.
