摘 要:以科学发展观为指导,对构建人才管理模式的基本原则、思想认识机制、用人机制、培养机制、评价机制、激励机制、发展机制、安全预警机制和人才管理趋势等进行研究,探讨了人才管理中的规模、结构与效益、引进与培养、个体与团队、人才软环境与硬环境建设的关系等热点问题。This paper adopts the concept of scientific development as a guide,making a stt, dy of the following contents:the basic principles which construct a talent management model, thinking and understanding mechanisms, personnel mechanism, training mechanism, evaluation and incentive mechanisms, development mechanism, security and early warning mechanisms, and trends in talent management. The paper also discusses some problems in the talent management, such as talent scale, structure and efficiency, talent introducing and personnel training, academic team and individual talent, soft environment and the infrastructure construction for talents ,and some other hot issues.
