摘  要:采用DA201-C型大孔吸附树脂对酪蛋白非磷肽(CNPPs)进行脱盐处理。采用脱盐率,回收率和血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)抑制活性为指标考察脱盐效果。结果表明:CNPPs的脱盐率达到95.40%,回收率达到85%以上,ACE抑制活性得到提高,半抑制浓度(IC_(50))由0.35mg/mL下降到0.21mg/mL。本研究表明,采用大孔吸附树脂进行CNPPs的脱盐处理是一种简便有效的方法。Non-phosphopeptides casein were desalted by using DA201-C macroporous adsorption resin. The desalination ratio, recovery ratio, and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity were used to analysis the effect of desalination. The results showed that the ratio of desalination of CNPPs reached to 95.40%, and the recovery of peptides was more than 85%. Moreover, ACE inhibitory activity was enhanced , its ICs0 value was decreased from 0.35 mg/mL to 0.21 mg/mL. This study suggested that the de- salination method by using macroporous adsorption resin applied to non-phosphopeptides casein was a simple and available method.
