蛹虫草多糖提取及纯化工艺研究

摘　　要：采用以大米、蚕蛹为主原料的培养基培养蛹虫草子实体。通过正交实验对蛹虫草水溶性多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,利用蒽酮-硫酸法来测定多糖含量。发现90℃、加水20倍、分3次提取、每次3 h为最佳提取条件。同时考查了不同除蛋白方法对虫草多糖的蛋白去除效果。The medium mainly containing rice and the pupa of silkworm was used to cultivate the sporocarp of Cordyceps milltaris. Extraction processing of water-soluble polysaeeharide in Cordyceps militaris was studied through orthogonal experiment, and the anthrone - sulphuric acid method was used to determine polysaccharide content. Three times （3 hours per times） extraction with 20 times water at 90 22 was the best extraction conditions. Simultaneously deproteinization effect was examined with different methods.
