摘　　要：该文基于教育评价的根本目标是促进学生的学习与发展的观点,分析了职前教师教学技能评价的现状,提出了使用课堂观察的方法收集职前教师教学技能行为表现的信息,为讨论和反思提供更多的例证性支持,实现职前教师教学技能的发展性评价.This paper is about the assessment of pre- service teacher＇s teaching skills. The fundamental goal of educational assessment is to promote student learning and development. Classroom observation sheets may provide more information that can be used for discussion and reflection. This study provides the methods for using classroom observation in assessing pre- service teacher＇s teaching skills.
