摘  要:用AB-8型大孔树脂对蓝莓花色苷的吸附与解吸特性进行了研究。结果表明:上样溶液浓度为3.0mg/mL,吸附流速为1mL/min,用5倍柱床体积的60%乙醇作为洗脱液,洗脱流速为1mL/min。AB-8型树脂非常稳定,使用6次后,其吸附能力只降低了2.89%。该工艺生产的花色苷产品为紫黑色粉末,色价为32.10,回收率为88.20%。The adsorption and desorption of anthocyanins of blueberry fruits with AB-8 macroporous resin was studied. The results showed that anthocyanins concentration of the sample solution was 3.0mg/mL, adsorption flow rate was 1 mL/min,the elution solvent was 5BV of 60% ethanol, desorption flow rate was 1mL/min. AB-8 macroporous resin showed a fairly good character of stabilization. After using of 6 times, the adsorption rate was only decreased by 2.89%. The anthocyanins produced by this technological process was purplish dark powder, the colour value was 32.10, and the recovery rate was up to 88.20%.
