摘　　要：新时期高职院校继续教育的发展面临着千载难逢的机遇,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。高职院校继续教育惟有抓住机遇,迎接挑战,确立系统思维,整合各方力量,建立政府、社会、学校三位一体、互联互动的机制,进一步增强为地方经济发展服务和为提高劳动者素质服务的意识,才能实现持续、稳定、健康发展。The development of continuing education of vocational colleges is faced with a golden opportunity,and it is also facing serious challenges. Only when continuing education seizes opportunities, meets challenges, establishes systematic thinking, integrates all forces, sets up the combined and interactive mechanism of the trinity of the government, society and school, further enhances the awareness of serving local economic development and improves the quality of laborers, can it achieve sustained, stable and healthy development.
