高职院校教师专业继续教育的模式探讨——基于教师专业发展的角度

摘　　要：高职院校教师培训工作虽纳入到了高校教师培训规划之中,但由于多方面的原因,在职教师继续教育还没有完全实现由传统模式向现代模式的转变,教师继续教育仍然是以学历教育为主要目的,在内容上还无法考虑教师的专业发展问题,教师专业自主发展意识还比较淡薄,还缺乏专业发展的自主权。在职教师专业继续教育的模式需要重新构建。The training of the teachers of vocational technological colleges is included in the higher education teacher training project, but owing to various factors, it is still of the traditional mode, not a modem one. For instance, the teachers further education is following diplomaism; teachers professional development is not concerned; teachers lack the sense and the power of self- education. In conclusion, the mode of further professional education for teachers on duty of vocational technological colleges needs to be reconstructed.
