摘　　要：小学英语骨干教师的专业发展和综合素质的提高在很大程度上决定着基础教育课程改革的质量。因此，进一步改革与完善小学英语骨干教师培训模式就显得非常重要。在培训中为他们设计成长与发展规划，重视建立教育科研伙伴关系，优化集中培训课程，改革培训方式，走教师合作发展的道路，使其尽快成为小学英语教师群体里的学科带头人，则是小学英语骨干教师培训的一种新途径。The quality of basic education curriculttm reform relies on both the professional development and the improvement of the overall quality of primary English backbone teachers. Therefore, it is very important to reform and further improve the training of teachers of English in primary schools. In the course of the training, we should design training and development plans for teachers, pay close attention to the establishment of educational research partnerships, optimize the centralized training courses, reform the training mode, and take the way of cooperation, which will quickly make them become the leaders in primary teacher groups of English. It is a new way of training primary backbone teachers of English.
