摘　　要：元认知监控能力的培养是教会学生学会学习和提高教学质量的有效途径．元认知监控学习策略能促进学生的学习、增强学习过程的调控、自觉担负起学习的责任，是实现学生学习方式转变的关键因素之一．元认知监控学习策略训练对数学学业成绩有促进作用，在小学中高年级进行元认知监控学习策略的训练是可行的，元认知监控学习策略的训练没有加重学生的学习负担．The cultivating of the meta-cognitive monitoring competence had been treated as an useful way in teaching students＇ how to study and in teachers＇ improving the teaching quality. This study was an attempt to discuss and carry out research on cultivating the meta-cognitive monitoring competence in primary school math teaching. Guiding by the theory of the meta-cognitive monitoring study strategy.
