摘 要:以大曲酒丢糟为主要原料,以酵母菌为生产菌进行丢糟发酵,考察各种培养条件对发酵产物粗蛋白含量的影响,并采用正交实验,得到饲料最佳发酵生产工艺条件。结果表明,酵母菌株LR3.LI30与LR3.LI25的混合固体发酵,采取同时接种方式,菌种混合比1∶1,培养温度30℃,培养基起始pH5,培养时间6d为最佳发酵条件。以此条件发酵饲料粗蛋白含量33.59%,比发酵前粗蛋白含量23.76%提高了41.37%;饲料营养丰富,可作为一种新型的鱼饲料蛋白源。High protein feedstuffwas produced by the fermentation of waste spent grains (microzyme used as producing bacteria) and the effects of various production conditions on crude protein content of fermenting product were investigated. Besides, the optimum fermentation conditions were determined through orthogonal experiments as follows: LR3.LI30 strains and LR3.LI25 strains (the ratio was 1:1) were added simultaneously for solid fermentation (simultaneous inoculation operated), culture temperature was at 30 ℃with the initial pH value of culture medioum as 5, and 6 d culture was preferred. Under the above conditions, crude protein content of the produced feedstuff increased greatly from 23.76 % to 41.37 % and it could be used as a new-type protein source offish feedstuff.
