摘　　要：中共十七大报告将教育问题移入以改善民生为重点的社会建设范畴,并将发展教育列为社会建设诸要素之首;提出:教育是民族振兴的基石,教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,优先发展教育,办好人民满意的教育。本刊就此约请我校教育科学学院学术创新团队成员举行笔谈,多角度的解读十七大报告关于教育发展问题的创新。The report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC brings education to social construction which focuses on people＇s livelihood and the development of education is ranked as the first in it. It points out that education is the basis for national development, and equality in education is the basis for social equality,Give priority to development of education and make education satisfied by people, We invite some members of innovative research group in College of Educational Science of our university and they give diverse interpretations of educational innovation in the report.
