摘  要:分析了我国葡萄酒质量等级制度建设的现状与存在的问题,介绍了国际葡萄酒质量等级制度的基本模式。结合我国国情和国际等级模式,提出了将我国葡萄酒质量等级划分为优质特级葡萄酒、产区优质葡萄酒、产区优良酒、佐餐酒4个等级的分级体系,创建了以产区管理为基础,商标管理为手段,以产区认定+质量检验+品尝为基本模式,以期为建立我国特色的葡萄酒质量等级制度提供参考。The present status and the existed problem in Chinese grape wine quality grading system construction were illustrated and the basic models of international grape wine quality grading system were introduced. Through comprehensive consideration of grape wine situation in China and international grading models, a Chinese grape wine grading system including four grades (high premium wine, regional premium wine, regional good wine and table wine) was put forward. Production area management was the base of such system. Brand management was its operation measures. Production area identification+quality examination+wine tasting was its basic model. Such grading system might be a useful reference for the establishment of characteristic grape wine quality grading system in China.
