摘 要:轮胎由于所受垂直载荷变化会引起其侧偏特性的变化,在此基础上建立起八自由度转向状态下主动悬架控制的整车动力学模型,设计了LQG控制器,运用仿真软件进行了数值仿真。计算结果表明:该模型较好的反映了汽车转向时的实际状态;通过选用合适的加权矩阵生成反馈矩阵控制器显著提高了转向姿态下汽车的行驶平顺性和稳定性。A car model of the integrated control system that consists of an active control of vehicle suspension and a steering system on curved and randomly uneven roads is set up according to the principle of vehicle system dynamics. In this model the tire cornering force depends on the tire normal load and slip angle. Based on the model, an optimized controller is designed by means of LQG control theory. The simulation was done and the results show that the presented control project can decrease the road shocks and reduce the chassis pitching and rolling motions in cornering on uneven roads, so improves vehicle ride comfort and safety.
