摘　　要：该文对谷物过敏和谷物过敏原进行简介,阐述谷物过敏机理和谷物过敏原检测方法,并论述谷物过敏防治方法。This paper gives a brief account on allergy to cereals and cereals as allergens, then the mechanism of cereals allergies and detection methods of cereals allergen are reviewed. Finally, the prevention and cure method are reported.
