摘　　要：网络给人们带来丰富学习资源的同时,也给人们有效获取所需资源带来了一定困扰。如何有效的对资源进行组织和管理,如何使学习者快速检索到所需的学习资源是一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文基于P2P网络,为学习者设计了一个提供有效的学习内容查询、存储和知识共享的资源管理系统,并从社会学视角详述了学习者之间如何进行有效的知识交流与共享,从而达到有效获取学习信息的目的。The network brings complex knowledge to people, at the same time, it also brings certain difficulty to gain information effectively in need. Facing the information sea, how to organize and manage information effectively is an important and urgent problem. This article proposes a P2P network system,which provides the effective study content inquiry,the memory and the knowledge sharing environment for learners,and further more elaborates the mutua｜ confidence mechanism and the knowledge sharing relations from the sociological view.with the aim to promot knowledge sharing well between learners, thus achieves the goal of gaining learning content effectively.
