摘　　要：介绍了超效射流技术用于糖厂混合汁提纯分离的生产实验过程糖汁相关工艺指标的变化情况。结果表明,该技术在提高糖汁和糖浆纯度、减少蔗糖转化、降低糖汁色值、减少糖汁中钙盐含量从而防止结垢、降低糖汁混浊度,对保证成品糖质量、减少糖汁中P2O5残留量等方面均有不同程度的效果。The variation of relative paramters of sugar juice during the fluidics floatation in eanesugar factory was introduced.The results showed that this process could reduce the sucrose conversion, the color,the turbidiity, the calcium salts, the PzOs,and improve the purity of both juice and syrup.Therefore,the quality of sugar can be ensured effieiently.
