益绿素对沙门氏菌抑菌作用的研究

摘  要:采用益绿素对从猪场猪粪中分离出的乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonlla paratyphi B)、斯坦利沙门氏菌(Salmonlla stanley)、雷根特沙门氏菌(Salmonella thunderghent)、德尔卑沙门氏菌(Salmonlla derby)以及鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonella typhimurium)进行抑菌实验。选出对益绿素敏感性最强的1株沙门氏菌,在不同温度,不同pH值及不同质量浓度的益绿素条件下,对该株沙门氏菌的抑菌效果进行了研究。结果表明,益绿素对5株沙门氏菌均有抑菌效果,其中对雷根特沙门氏菌(Salmonella thunderghent)的抑菌效果最好,在温度为42℃,pH值为6.8~7.8,益绿素质量浓度为17.5g/L时,益绿素对该沙门氏菌的抑菌效果最佳。In the article, traditional Chinese herbal Yilvsu was selected as the research of bacteriostasic activity for salmonlla paratyphi B, salmonlla stanley, salmonella thunderghent, salmonlla derby, salmonella typhimurium which were isolated and identified from the fecal samples in pig farms. Choosing one strain of salmonllas which has the best sensitivity, then at the condition of different temperature, pH and concentrations, bacteriostasis of Yilvsu in the salmonlla chosen was studied. The results indicated that Yilvsu has the effect on all of the sahnonllas. Salmonella thunderghent has the hest sensitivity among any salmonllas. And the optimum parameters of bacteriostasis were : temperature 42 ℃, pH 6.8-7.8, the concentration of Yilvsu 17.5 g/L.
