摘　　要：介绍了一种带电检测220kV支柱瓷绝缘子缺陷的机器人HLDR-I。该系统主要包括移动升降系统、检测机械系统、控制与通讯系统、绝缘防护系统等。该机器人集合了高电压绝缘、超声探伤、结构设计、复合绝缘材料、自动控制、无线通讯等多方面技术。HLDR-I机器人试验运行情况表明,其性能满足设计要求。A kind of robot HLDR-Ⅰ applied to electrified checking up the defects of 220 kV brace porcelain insulator was introduced. This system involves mainly the rise-fall system, the mechanical detection system, the control and communication system and the insulation defending system etc. This robot integrated many-sided technologies of high tension insulation, ultrasonic crack detection, structural design, compound insulation materials, automatic control and wireless communication etc.. The experimental operative situation of HLDR-Ⅰ robot showed that its performance could satisfy the demand of design.
