摘　　要：解决高职生职业定向与定位的困惑和职业目标教育的缺失与误区等现实问题,在于强化职业目标意识、构建职业目标教育体系、加强职业指导教师队伍和课程建设等研究和实践。结合社会职业需要和学生个性化需要,是回归职业教育本质目的,提高就业竞争力,推动和谐就业,人职匹配实现人才可持续发展的根本途径。The solution of higher professional college students professional direction and localization＇s puzzled and professional goal education flaw and erroneous zone lies in the strengthen of professional goal realizes, the construction of professional goal education system and the enhancement occupation instructs teachers＇ troop and the curriculum constructs. The union of the society occupation needs and the students＇ personalization needs is the basic way of returning vocational education essence goal, enhancing employment competitive power , impalsing to get employed harmoniously and realizing talented person sustainable development.
