摘　　要：职业院校的教育理念、培养目标、学生特点不同于本专科学校。因此,辅导员角色定位有其自身的特点,应以学生的综合发展,一生发展为立足点,当好学生的"人生导师",成为学生的引路人、带头人、贴心人、导航人。Education idea , train objective , student characteristic of occupation universities and colleges are unlike an academy, Therefore, the counsellor role fixes position having own characteristic , should take that student＇s synthesis develops , a lifetime develops as foothold , finish serving as the student＇s ＂life director ＂ , leading the way becoming a student person , one who takes the lead or plays a leading role , intimate people , navigation people.
