摘  要:高等师范教育模式的现状与基础教育课程改革的需要存在很大矛盾,教育实践活动是我国师范教育中的薄弱环节。为了适应基础教育课程改革的需要,高等师范教育需要设计建构有效的实践教育模式:优化课程结构,突出实践性;整体设计专业实践活动;重视课程规范,加强实践性教学环节;强化教师基本功,培养学生的教学能力;开展专业化的课外活动,开发学生多方面潜能。It's evident that major issues exist between the present educational pattern for teachers' training and the requirement posed by the reform of courses of fundamental education. Among those issues are the lack of educational practice in teachers' training. With a view to meeting the requirement of fundamental education, it's imperative for us to build an effective practice-based education pattern for teachers' training. To this end, we should optimize the structure of the courses with emphasis on practice, design comprehensive and specialized practices while stressing the standarization of the courses. It's also essential for us to strengthen the practice-based education and improve the teachers' skills and cultivate the students' teaching abilities as well as to conduct specialized extra-curricular activities in order to tap the students' potential.
