摘　　要：潲水油是餐饮业废弃油,含有很多有毒有害物质,严重危害人体健康。该文对潲水油产生途径、食用后危害、检测方法及其综合利用进行介绍。Hogwash oil is brought back edible oil market,and contain lots of venomousness matter, which is badly harm to people＇s health. This article introduce it＇s approach,harmfulafter people eat, detection methods and integrate using.
