摘  要:法学本科教育应确立职业教育的教育目标,并围绕职业教育目标充实法学本科教育内容,重视学生法律职业技能、法律职业思维的训练,培养学生良好的法律职业道德和法治理想。实践教学是完成法学教育内容、达成法学教育目标不可或缺的教学方式,由于受传统法学教育观念的影响,实践教学未得到应有的重视,存在诸多问题,因此建立与理论教学平行的独立的实践教学体系、丰富实践教学内容、改革实践教学方式势在必行。Goals of professional education should be established in undergraduate courses of law specialty and the teaching contents need to be enriched for this purpose. Importance must be attached to their professional skills of law and the training of their thinking. The students are to be cultivated with good professional morality and ideals of law, Teaching in practice is an indispensable teaching mode in completing its contents and reaching its goal of education. As impacted by the traditional education concept, due attention is not paid to teaching in practice and there exist a good many problems. Therefore, it is imperative to establish an independent system of practice teaching paralleled with theory teaching, to enrich the teaching contents and to reform the teaching methods.
