摘 要:采用硝酸银络合法对蚕蛹油中α-亚麻酸进行了富集,研究结果表明:溶剂极性和络合温度对α-亚麻酸的纯度影响较大。在AgNO32mol/L、40%甲醇-水溶液、0℃的络合条件下,α-亚麻酸收率达50%,纯度达99%。Experiments for separation of α-linolenic acid (ALA) from silkworm oil were performed using aqueous AgNO3 extraction. The results showed that polarity of extraction solvents and complexing extraction temperature played major role for content of ALA from Silkworm oil at constant concentration of AgNO3 of 2mol/L. The optimal complexation conditions were obtained with single factor experiments, as follows: concentration of AgNO2 of 2mol/L, volume fraction of CH3OH of 40%, complexation temperature of 0℃, and the yield of ALA was 50%, and the content of ALA was 99%,
