摘 要:采用原子荧光光谱法测定海水、海产食品中的镉含量。实验优化了仪器测量参数,考察了载流盐酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度、样品介质盐酸浓度及干扰元素对测定的影响。在优化的测量条件下,测定了海水及几种海产品的镉,结果表明:海蛎、花蛤等贝类样品中镉的含量较高,海蛎的镉含量达到0.094μg/g。方法检出限为0.0038μg/g,加标回收率为97.0%~103%。实验方法操作简便,基体干扰少,仪器性能稳定,灵敏度高,测定结果令人满意。Trade amounts of cadmium in seafood were measured with the method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The instrumental parameters and analytical conditions were optimized. In order to obtain the maximum fluorescence signal, the effects of the concentrations of HCI and KBH4 in carrier solution, and the concentrations of HCI and HNO3 in sample medium, on the signal were mainly investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit estimated with 3-fold standard deviation by 10 replicates of procedure blank was 0.0038μg/g. The recovery tests by adding standards ranged from 97.0% to 103%. After being digested with HNO3 by microwave, cadmium in several kinds of seafood were measured. The results indicated that the most amounts of cadmium in the seafood samples was Oyster, in which the content of cadmium was 0.094μg/g ( dry weight), however, all samples were lower than National Standards ( GB18406-2001 ).
