摘　　要：教育观念是一个精神或态度体系,它既集中反映教育现实的变化,又深刻地影响着现实的存在,教师的教育观念对教育事业的改革与发展能产生直接的影响。因此,教育改革的关键在于更新教育观念,只有不断更新教育观念才能推进和深化教育改革。Educational concept is spirit or attitude system, it reflects the changes of education reality ; also it has a profound impact on education reality. The teachers＇ teaching concept has a direct impact on the education reform and development. Therefore, updating educational concepts is the key to the education reform, only if constantly updating the educational concept can promote and deepen educational reform.
