摘　　要：本文分析了高职教育职业技能培养的现状,提出了高职院校如何立体构建以职业技能培养教育为核心的高职教育教学培养方案,并对各实施单元步骤进行了分析。The paper analyzes the situation of vocational skill training and puts forward designing thought of training plan in higher vocational college education by taking the professional skills training as core courses. The implementation of the unit procedure is analyzed furthermore.
