14～16岁青少年能量代谢研究  

STUDY ON ENERGY METABOLISM AMONG ADOLESCENTS AT THE AGE OF FOURTEEN TO SIXTEEN YEARS

摘　　要：[目的]测定14～16岁青少年的能量代谢。[方法]以14～16岁青少年作为研究对象,采用统一标准方法测量身高、体重、肱三头肌和肩胛下皮褶厚度,计算体质指数、体脂百分比、脂肪组织、去脂组织等指标,用间接测热法测定基础代谢的能量消耗,用3d膳食登记结合称重法计算能量摄入量,采用WHO报告的要因加算法估算全天总能量消耗量。[结果]14～16岁青少年的基础代谢能量消耗为(244.92±18.54)kJ/h;14～16岁青少年的基础代谢与身高、体重、去脂组织正相关(P﹤0.05),与体脂百分比、脂肪组织负相关(P﹤0.05);14～16岁青少年每天能量需要量估计值为9975kJ/d。[结论]14～16岁青少年的基础代谢可能受机体构成的影响。本研究建立的基础代谢和能量需要量数据可为制订我国青少年能量供给量标准提供参考。[Objective] To measure energy metabolism of adolescents at the age of fourteen-sixteen years. [ Methods] Adolescents aged 14 to 16 year were selected as participants. Body height, body weight, skin-fold thickness were measured with unified standard methods. Derivative variables such as body mass index （BMI）, percentage body fat （%BF）, fat mass （FM） and fat free mass （FFM） were calculated. Basic metabolic rate （BMR） was measured by indirect calorimetry. Dietary intake was measured by combination of 3-d diet record and weighing method. Total energy expenditure in a day was evaluated by the factorial calculation method recommended by WHO. [ Results] Energy expenditure of basal metabolism among adolescents at the age of 14 to 16 years was （244.92 ± 18.54） kJ/h. The BMR showed positively correlated with body height, body weight and FFM （P 〈 0.05）, while showed negative correlation with the percentage of BF and FM （P 〈 0.05）. The estimated value of energy requirement among adolescents at the age of 14 to 16 years was 9 975 kJ/d. [Conclusion] The energy expenditure of basal metabolism among adolescents at the age of 14 to 16 years could be influenced by the composition of body. This study establish the data of basal metabolism and energy requirement could provide reference for formulating the emergy supply standard of adolescents in China.
