摘 要:针对采用机车无线同步控制技术的2万t重载组合列车(1+2+1),研究其在紧急制动及常用全制动工况下的纵向动力学性能,并提出机车无线同步控制的合理延迟时间。采用自主开发的重载列车纵向动力学仿真计算软件,对单编5千t、单编1万t和2万t组合3种编组方式的重载列车在紧急制动及常用全制动停车工况下的纵向动力学性能进行仿真计算及比较分析;对主、从控机车采用不同延迟时间的2万t组合重载列车在紧急制动工况下的纵向力进行仿真计算。结果表明:2万t组合重载列车的纵向性能优于同等车辆装备的单编1万t重载列车,但差于单编5千t重载列车;2万t组合重载列车的主、从控机车的延迟时间应在4 s以内,才能满足大秦线重载列车运行的需要。Aiming at 20 000 t heavy haul train combined as 1+2+1 equipped with locomotive wireless sync control technology, the longitudinal dynamics performance under the operating conditions of emergency braking and full service braking is studied, and the reasonable delay time of locomotive wireless sync control is proposed. Using the software of heavy haul train longitudinal dynamics numerical simulation which was developed independently, for three kinds of train formation of heavy haul as 5 000 t unit train, 10 000 t unit train and 20 000 t combined train, their longitudinal dynamics performance are simulated and analyzed under the working conditions of emergency braking and full service braking. The longitudinal force of 20 000 t combined train which has different delay time between the main control locomotive and the driven control locomotive is also simulated under the emergency braking conditions. The result shows that the longitudinal dynamics performance of 20 000 t combined train is better than that of 10 000 t unit train, but is worse than that of 5 000 t unit train which equipped with the same car. To meet the need of heavy haul train operation on Da-Qin Railway Line, the delay time between the main control locomotive and the driven control locomotive of 20 000 t combined train must be less than 4 seconds.
