摘　　要：大学生创新能力培养的创新平台开发，需要理论指导。理论和实践证明大脑风暴法有助于培养大学生的创新能力。但是，在传统的教学环境下使用大脑风暴法有明显的缺点，而利用网络平台实现大脑风暴法可以很容易地避免这些缺点。本文基于这一理论利用ASP．net＋SqlServer技术实现了这一创新平台。Developing the platform of cultivating creative talent needs some education theories＇ supporting. It is well known that brainstorming is a good theory for this purpose. But, it is hard to avoid some problems when using brainstorming in traditional teaching environment. The platform of cultivating creative talent based on brainstorming can easily avoid the above shortcomings. The author develops a creative platform using the theory of brainstorming.
