摘  要:有效微生物群(Effective Microorganisms,简写EM)是由乳酸菌、酵母菌几十种微生物复合培养而成的多功能菌群。本试验采用EM对玉米秸秆进行了发酵,探索出了EM发酵玉米秸秆的适宜发酵条件,试验结果表明:在含水量55%、30℃发酵96h可使发酵玉米秸秆中的粗蛋白含量提高3%以上,粗纤维水解率可达到7.8%。Effective microorganisms (EM) are the multi-purpose microbial colonies which cons isted of lactobacillus, yeast and other kinds of microorganism. The optimal conditions that utilizing EM ferment cornstalk were obtained in this article. The results were showed as follows: water content 55%, fermentation temperature 30℃, fermentation time 96 h. By applying these parameters, the crude protein content was increased by more than 3% and crude fiber hydrolisis rate reached 7.8%.
