因应终身学习:电大远程开放教育的使命和作为——以浙江广播电视大学实践探索为例

摘　　要：终身学习思潮在产生上与终身教育思潮具有同源性,可以说是一个问题的两个方面,其主体思想是改变传统学校教育的封闭性和阶段性,整合各种教育资源,建构一个连续性和全民性的学习化社会,关注的焦点从"受教育权"向"学习权"转变,教育管理上强调自律。很大程度上,远程教育既是终身学习思想的衍生物,也是终身学习思想的实践者。在新的历史条件下,远程教育机构应该根据地域特点和经济社会发展水平,有重点地推出一些体现终身学习理念、促进学习型社会建设的办学形式,承担自己的历史使命。Lifelong learning idea shows certain affinity with lifelong education idea, their main idea is to change the close and unsuecessive state of traditional school education, to integrate kinds of education sources and construct learning society with successive education for all the people, and their focus shift from education to learning, moreover education management emphasis autonomy. Distance education emerges from lifelong education idea and practises its idea, too. In the new era, distance education institutions should take the historical missions and put forward to new lifelong learning modes.
