摘  要:运用教学效能感量表对滇西小学教师教学效能感现状调查及分析后的结果显示:滇西小学教师的个人教学效能感高于总体教学效能感和一般教学效能感;滇西教师教学效能感的性别、学历差异不显著;滇西小学教师的个人教学效能感、一般教学效能感的学校类型差异显著;教龄因素是影响教学效能感重要的教师特征变量.在此基础上提出了提高滇西小学教师教学效能感的对策.The primary school teachers in the West of Yurman were tested by teacher's efficacy scale and the results are that the personal teaching efficacy of the primary school teachers is higher than the whole teaching efficacy and the general teaching efficacy; the differences of teacher's characteristics such as the gender and the degree title affect the teaching efficacy little; the personal teaching efficacy and the general teaching efficacy was affected by the regional obviously; the years of teaching affects the teaching efficacy very obviously. Based on the result, we take several methods to promote the primary teachers' efficacy in the West of Yunnan.
